National Veterans Art Museum

The mission of the NVAM is to inspire dialogue of the impact of war through the collection, preservation and exhibition of art by military veterans. Founded in 1981 by the Vietnam Veterans Art Group, the museum celebrates, engages and supports veteran artists by developing equitable arts programs and inclusive pathways that connect our diverse military-impacted community across our shared humanity.
